This is a quick but beautiful read. You can feel the love between Talon and Liberty, and the family dynamics and closeness of the pride. Talon is faced with the declining health of his beloved mother and the approaching birth of his cub all at the solstice when members of his pride will compete to be guardians of the pride. I can't wait to read Ranger's story. There are changes coming to the pride.
