Review:

Quick Trick is book #1 in the Rough Riders Hockey series. This is my first Skye Jordan book and it won’t be the last.

Grant Saber is a professional Ice hockey player for the Washington D.C Rough Riders. He has been out of commission for a little while due to a shoulder injury. He’s come home during the Christmas holiday to the town of Holly to spend some time with his family. He is not very close with them but was guilted into coming home by his mother.

During his first night back he runs into the beautiful hardware shop owner, Faith Nicholas. He remembers her from high school but at the time he was not considered one of the popular kids and she was dating the quarterback. What he does not know is that she ended up dropping out of college after her first year because her father became ill and her boyfriend quickly dumped her after that. She has been running the family hardware store.

Grant tries to put the moves on her but Faith is not biting. This throws him for a loop. He is used to getting his way and any woman he wants.

Will she be able to resist or will she fall into a puddle of goo over this hottie? Can Faith get the Playboy to change his ways?

I can’t wait to find out want happens next for the Rough Riders.
