Review:

Nessa is determined to win a scholarship with her running so she invests a lot of time and energy into it. When she gets bitten by a wolf out in the woods on one of her runs, soon after she realises that her body is starting to change. She learns that she was chosen to solve the mystery around the studies on the children and Billy.

The water supply in the small town of Tether had been contaminated by a chemical company resulting in an abnormal amount of cancers and other illnesses. The company went bankrupt and another company stepped in to ‘study’ the children who might be affected. Somehow no one questions what they are studying or doing to the kids or why the parents can’t be in the exam room. No one except Billy’s mother and even then only after he gets sicker and sicker.

I have read a lot of werewolf stories over the years but I have not read one similar to this. It is different and I enjoyed it because it is different to all the other ones.

I am curious to see if there will be a sequel. I will love to read more.
