Review:
Hot Puck is book #2 in the Rough Riders Hockey series.
It was great to read more about the Rough Riders I fell in love
with them in Quick Trick and could not wait for this one.
Beckett Croft, a defenseman for the Rough Riders ha banged his
head pretty badly while playing hockey. But he doesn’t want to stop playing and
go to the Hospital.
Eden Kennedy, the EMT on duty won’t put up with his attitude.
After ending a bad relationship, Eden has kept men at a distance. But Beckett
is nothing if not persistent, and Eden can’t deny the sizzling between them.
I liked Beckett, Being the captain of the Rough Riders, he is a
great leader. He looks out for his team mates. He is a wonderful father to
Lily. I liked that Eden became an EMT to help other that were in situations
similar to what she went through.
The book had me mesmerized from start to finish. I can’t wait to
find out want happens next for the Rough Riders.
